TWO DAYS ELECTION OBSERVATION TRAINING OF TRAINERS ON ELECTION OBSERVATION/ REPORTING MOBILE APP
The training was organized by Caritas Nigeria at Vichi Gate hotel on 4th and 5th of February 2023. The training was centered on who is an observation, duties of an observer and how to use the election observation App created by Caritas Nigeria Good Governance team to report election Checklist, incident report and result report. The training was aimed at building credible character who will be fit to witness without being bias.
Participants for the two days training was drawn from Benin Archdiocese, Uromi, Diocese, Auchi Diocese, Bomadi Diocese, Isele Uku Diocese, Uyo Diocese, and Port Harcourt Diocese with two representatives each.
REPORT OF JDPC BENIN ELECTION OBSERVATION STEP DOWN TRAINING
JDPC Benin carried out step down training on election observation and the use of mobile App for reporting on the 15th February 2023.
The training was held at the New Chancery Hall with 4o persons in attendance, the participants were equipped with necessary knowledge of what to observe and how to use the Election Observation App.
